Who are we?!
Where did the name came from:
The idea of Rosé Boutique Café was founded in 2020 and its name is derived from "Rosemary" Restaurant Bar which is located at Mary's well in Nazareth (1 minutes walking distance).
The Owners:
The owners are the Brothers, Gassan and Hisham Touma, locals from Nazareth.
Why the Old City:
We feel obliged to make a change among the rising generation in Nazareth and add a fresh aroma and a young flavor to the Old City.
This city is our history, our pride, which makes us want to be a part of the hope and light to those around us and eventually make the City of Nazareth a better place.
What Rosé Boutique Café Offers:
What we do at Rosé Boutique Café is basically roasting coffee with a special roasting machine we especially imported from overseas into deep inside the Old City.
Every week, we roast different brands of coffee beans from around the world, like Tanzania, Zambia, Mexico, Ethiopia, Nicaragua, Brazil, Indonesia, Colombia and much more.
We are trying to discover new flavors, study the market as much as possible so we can eventually settle on the brands we like the most and share them with our customers.
Alongside the world of roasting and coffee services, Rosé also offers cakes and sweets all homemade!
Currently, we produce around 7 different cakes and sweets, from French to Middle Eastern flavors, with reduced sugar, so if you are the type of person who likes to keep things light, Rosé is a good place for you.
Our Purpose:
To bring and discover new flavors and smells and offer them to our customers. Moreover, to focus on the details, bring the highest quality in the market and make a change in the Old City of Nazareth.
Relocation:
Since 2023 we made a big move and relocate Rose from the old city to the center of the city, just a little before entering the old city, for a bigger place and better located aria just right in front the Orthodox Annunciation Church.
